We will refund or replace any goods, faulty or otherwise. However, we do ask that: - In the case of faulty goods, please detail nature of complaint, listing date of purchase and care given to product. In all cases of complaint we will endeavour to substitute faulty goods with an identical replacement, or substitute the goods with ones of similar value. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, then we will gladly refund your purchase. Please ensure that goods are returned undamaged and unworn in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights, and you may of course choose to have a complete refund if you are not 100% happy.
